Frankston Pain Management (FPM) is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic doctor who wants to work on the Mornington Peninsula.
Start date: From 1 February 2025 or soon thereafter.
The individual must be eligible for full registration as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia. They will hold FFPMANZCA or comparable qualification with expertise in medical, rehabilitation, psychiatric or procedural pain management. They will be expected to have the skills to manage a wide variety of acute medical and surgical pain, persistent (chronic) pain, cancer related pain and pain with comorbid mental health, substance use and psychosocial problems.
He/she will have the opportunity to learn how to perform advanced pain related interventions, to participate in our research program and quality improvement activities.
Frankston Pain Management is seeking an experienced, compassionate and enthusiastic health/clinical psychologist to join the pain management team.
Start date: 3 February 2025 or earlier by agreement.
You must be a registered psychologist with current full registration with AHPRA (Psychology Board). You will be expected to have experience and interest in the field of psychology relating to chronic health conditions including chronic pain.
Frankston Pain Management (FPMx) is accredited by FPMANZCA for Professional Development Stage (PDS) and Procedures Endorsement Program (PEP) training.
