Pain and Disability Questionnaires: Desktop Analysis, Outcomes, Reflections

MedquestOz Trial Download page:

MedQuestOz allows the direct entry of pain and disability questionnaires into computers to allow easy outcome analysis, assist with clinical decision making, treatment outcome research and reflection. The program provides the choice of about 40 standardised questionnaires and clinics can design their own simple questionnaires. Medical problems, life events and therapeutic interventions can be presented graphically relating to a patients progress. Data can be then visualised in static and graphic forms and if desired, compared to clinic populations. Letters and reports can be created using the data as needed. The data can be used to track individual progress, group data, abstract reporting and exported to Excel for detailed analysis for auditing, research and reflection. Data can be easily imported using "drag and drop" from WebquestOz described below.

Pain and Disability Questionnaires: Online Data Entry Anywhere

WebquestOz Trial Download page:

WebQuestOz allows clinical questionnaires to be completed on the internet. Patients with internet access can complete questionnaires from their home or they can be completed in the waiting room using a small laptop computer or a tablet. The report is emailed as a pdf document to the registered clinic. Also attached to the email is an XML text file which may be used to import the responses into some programs and spreadsheets. For users of MedQuestOz this is a simple drag and drop process.
